I know Eu ioss is suposedly better, but i chose dhl because it was a bit cheaper.. am i cooked or nah?

EU IOSS TAX FREE ACTUAL WEIGHT REHERSEAL

I just pressed reherseal package because i got 8.9kg and i think i can get it lower... but i needed to choose a shipping line? Why is that.. shouldnt you choose it later? Any explanation.?
