I want to at least make little what i eat in a day videos. Should I get a smaller phone and get an external if needed or larger phone better etc

Im having a hard time picking between 512gb, 1tb and 2 tb. Is it better to go bigger or smaller and get an external hard drive? I plan on taking lots of videos and pictures
