Tonsillitis?or nothing

Don’t mind my white/yellow tongue I just finished eating , but I was wondering if I could have tonsillitis or anything medically wrong with my throat, or if I’m just tensing my neck and jaw too much.

Prayers please

Hi everyone (19F), I’m new to this Reddit thing and am not 100% sure how this works but I would very much appreciate it if anyone who sees this post could please say a prayer for my mental health as well as my physical health. I have been dealing with depression and anxiety for years but it’s been constant for almost 6 months now, it’s gotten bad in April (got to the point where I still can’t leave my house and hangout with the people I once hung out with on the daily including my family). And my health, I am sick(congested chest, mucus, little cough, and a runny stuffy-ish nose) praying and hoping I feel better tomorrow! Oh and my hemoglobin levels are low, I have to get it checked again but last time I checked my blood my hemoglobin was low. So please pray for me. I’m not a full on believer of Christ as I follow more of my cultural ways such as smudging , ceremonies and praying to the creator (similar to Christianity)

Anxiety

Hi(19f) , I am new to this I just downloaded Reddit due to not being able to talk to many people about being anemic. Anyway I Was just wondering if anyone who struggles with iron deficiency also struggles with anxiety flares? Like say you’re doing great and good for days and then on a random day or night you get a random wave of anxiety that you just can’t shake for a few days? Or is it just me? I’m hoping this is a low iron things because I honestly don’t know what else would cause it, although my blood is good, my dr said my hemoglobin was low I’ve been on Feramax150mg for about two weeks now , I know I’m still in the early stages of recovery and shouldn’t expect anything big to change but out of curiosity when did those with low hemoglobin levels start to feel more normal and healthy?
