I'm on my local network. If I open a web browser on my phone and go to http://<ip>:8899/ then it works fine

But on the jellyfin app from the playstore, I enter the exact same same thing as the Host, it says it's unable to reach server. If I click Choose Server, the list of available servers is stuck loading forever

Any ideas?

Jellyfin 10.10.7, running on Ugreen DH4300 Plus, installed from the Ugreen app center
