Starting a Consultancy?
Using a burner account because my main account identifies me too easily!
I have been going through hell with my current employer and following the submission of a bullying complaint, followed by a further complaint of victimisation, my CEO is offering me a settlement agreement.
Rather than continue in HR as an employee, I was thinking of setting up a HR consultancy, specifically a franchise like the HR Department or face2face HR. The money from the settlement agreement would fund the franchise fee.
Does anyone have any experience of working with a franchise partner in consulting? I’m worried that I couldn’t start a consultancy on my own. Thanks
