So had a few dramas over the long weekend. downstairs toilet had a bit of a leak, tracked it down to multiple issues.

1. The cistern was mounted strait to the gib, the screws had pulled out and the cistern slipped partially disconnecting from the pan.
2. The screws mounting it to the floor were rusted out.
3. Toilet is a P pan with a side exit. The pan connector is breaking down and not sealing fully. Its ok at the moment, but needs to be replaced sooner rather than later.

im assuming resolving 1 and 2 are ok? 3 is when i need a plumber?
