Avoid this predatory company at all costs! Doing business with Kia Finance and their local dealership network has been an absolute nightmare defined by financial harassment, corporate bullying, and malicious incompetence. The nightmare began at the dealership level with deceptive credit manipulation, where sales reps blatantly lied about clear credit profiles to force a predatory co-signer structure. But the worst was yet to come. Kia Finance engaged in outright financial extortion by illegally cashing an incomplete, unsigned physical check after their management explicitly promised it was impossible to do so. After forcing a duplicate online payment under false pretenses, they raided my bank account for an unauthorized $40,000, wiping out my funds and causing catastrophic financial ruin.
When caught red-handed, Kia Finance unleashed an onslaught of psychological harassment and toxic gaslighting. In a sickening display of corporate cowardice, they are now trying to shift the blame to my bank for processing the very check they illegally submitted for payment! They hid behind closed doors, unilaterally shut down my fraud complaints without a resolution, and stonewalled my calls.
