  • Any questions from OP to commenters: Just curious about my salary. I realize I didn't come into the SWE field with a masters in computer science and the market as a whole isnt great plus no being able to speak dutch to a professional level doesnt help so i do kind of get where im at, but feel sort of behind. Any thoughts?
  • Other comments: Expecting a promotion this year which will hopefully bump me up to at least 4k a month
