I wanna know what everyone thinks about the mysterious caped villain and have a fun not so serious theory Discussion. I dont think we have an official voice actor named but could it be Ken Starcevic? He voiced Andree and (according to google) Razorbeard at some point. Other then the claws suggesting a Robot nothing points to either but it would still be cool. Any other ideas or indicators? Retold is Project Steambot right? So some comnection to Rayman 2 seems reasonable.
