Small business owner paid for Structure Studios and lost access within days. Looking for advice.
Has anyone else had issues with Structure Studios locking their license shortly after purchase?
I recently purchased a subscription for my new pool design business. My husband was a longtime Structure Studios user before switching to another platform, so I chose Structure because I thought it would be the easiest software for me to learn as I started my own company.
A few days after purchasing, my license was locked. When I contacted support, I was told it was a system error and that a ticket would be submitted for review. After waiting several days with no update, I called again and was given the same answer. Unfortunately, I still haven't received a clear explanation, timeline, or resolution.
The frustrating part is that I barely got to use the software. I was still working through the training videos when my access was removed. Considering the cost of the subscription, it's disappointing to pay for a product and then lose access almost immediately.
What bothers me most isn't that a technical issue happened mistakes happen. It's the lack of communication and follow-up afterward. As a small business owner, every day counts, especially when you're trying to get a new company off the ground.
At this point, I'm considering taking my business elsewhere, but before I do, I'm curious if anyone else has experienced something similar. Did your issue get resolved? How long did it take to hear back from the licensing team?
