You awake 60 days past the start of the Knox event. This is how you died.
FEATURES
Hospital start. You awake to see that the outside world has gone to hell.
From your room window you catch glimpses of these hell spawns. Did.. did that one just run? Oh god.
You have flashes of memories. You swear you heard gunshots and yelling. Other survivors? I doubt they can be trusted.
The windows and doors are busted, all the shelves look picked through, but heavy fortifications were maintained... until they weren't. Man, Im lucky i woke when i did.
TIPS
Whoever was using the hospital as a fortification seems to have done a good job of keep the undead out...for the most part. Might be a good idea to grab some supplies before heading out.
Stomping/shoving can open you up to be injured (armor helps). Multi Hit is also enabled, so using a two handed weapon actually has a reason to be used.
You're going to get beat up, scratched and bloody often. The good news is that only bites can infect you. The bad news is that it still hurts like hell.
