A few days ago, the middle fan on my EVGA GeForce RTX 3080 FTW3 Ultra started making the noise heard in the attached video.

I've already cleaned out the dust, checked for any wires or other obstructions, and the noise still occurs. When the PC is powered off, I can also reproduce the noise by spinning the fan by hand. It seems like the fan may be making contact with the GPU shroud, but I'm not completely sure.

I don't have much experience repairing or replacing GPU fans, so I'm hoping someone more knowledgeable can weigh in. Does this sound like a failing fan bearing, a misaligned fan, or something else? If it is a hardware issue, what would be the recommended fix?

Any advice would be appreciated.
