Leather sofa repair

Hi all, I'm picking up this Chesterfield style leather sofa in a few days and wanting to know how to go about repairing it? One of the seats (right side) looks quite worn down so I'm wondering if there's a way to renew it a bit or will I just have to look for a new seat?

The right side arm also looks quite damaged and since it was donated there's no record of how this damage occurred. I don't expect it to look perfect but I would like it to look a bit nicer lol. I don't have the budget to get a leatherworker in to fix it so any DIY method would be appreciated. Thanks!
