One of my payments got "unqualified" even though I paid it on time and have proof. But I can't submit the Re-Consideration Request Because StudentAid.Gov is unavailable.
Edit: if you also have this issue, try submitting a really simple Feedback mesage on the .gov site and then immediately re-loading the request form.
I received a message today saying that a previous qualifying payment was rescinded and now is not qualifying because of "missed payment". This is very untrue and I have both my bank history and my MOHELA Payment History screenshots to verify that I did indeed make the payment through Auto Pay on MOHELA's site for that time period. So, I take myself over to the Reconsideration Request to submit it. I confirm all my personal info and add my screenshots, and then I get a "Sorry, StudentAid.gov is currently unavailable. We're working on fixing it! Thanks for your patience." message and the submit button is greyed out. This happens to me on mobile and several different laptops/desktops. Have they taken the Reconsideration Request down?
