Anyone have cheaper /non-subscription daw recommendations that will record 4 channels simultaneously?
I made the jump to a 4 channel umc404hd interface only to find out garageband will only record 2 channels at a time and need to find some other app that will actually record 4 channels once with an ipad 8. Im not doing much with the daw except adjusting levels in the final mix and sometimes cutting/moving recorded clips around. Ive tried a few apps (that ai search said were 4 😵💫) only to find out they are only 2 channel, so I thought Id ask real people 😅
Does anyone have any good recommendations here?
edit so i ended up getting garage band to record all 4 channels individually after all for those that may come across this. each channel has to be assigned to a track line one at a time.
