ITINERARY HELP!!

Help with itinerary!
It’s gonna be my second time in Japan.
The first time I spent 28 days there and visited Osaka, Nara, Himeji, Kobe, Kyoto and Tokyo. I was in Tokyo for almost 2 weeks but didn’t do any day trips because I was partying every night and never managed to wake up early 🤣
This time I’m thinking about a 25-30 day solo trip. My main goals are to relax, do some shopping and enjoy the nightlife.
Current idea:
Italy → Seoul (4-5 days)
Seoul → Busan (2-3 days)
Busan → Ferry to Fukuoka (3 days)
Fukuoka → Hiroshima (2-3 days)
Hiroshima → Osaka (3 days)
Osaka → Nagano (2 days)
Nagano → Tokyo for the rest of the trip, with some day trips like Nikko and Kamakura
Then back to Italy.
I really loved Osaka and Tokyo, so I definitely want to spend a few days in Osaka and most of my time in Tokyo. I’m not planning to visit Kyoto again since I found it way too crowded and honestly didn’t enjoy it that much.
What do you think about this itinerary? Is Nagano worth visiting or would you skip it and spend more time somewhere else?
Any advice is appreciated, thanks!
