Need help with Canbus

I have been trying to get door info when it is open / close.

My car is Seat leon s 2011 model

Headunit: Essgoo with android 9 and Raise canbus.

I had a chat with customer support and they asked me to select Raise protocol settings. See image. In my car settings i have door open info set as open.

I have connected the canbus harness as per the manual instructions which works as per my requirements and my car radio only starts when the ignition / key is inserted.

It would be great if someone could guide me.

Unable to change boot logo

I have been trying to change the boot logo and animation of my after market head unit.

Here is my config:

Android version: 9.0

Memory: 4.0G

Storage: 64gb

System platform: Essgoo

Can info:

CAN version number: 1.0.1.20250607

Build number: AJ_2025.06.18.19_3_2424

Mcu version: CVD1810-WJ_24.04.24_399

Monitor info: 1280*720_WD090HBM30AC-S0-50

TP info: GT9xx_1080x600

  1. Tried local update using usb stick - no luck. I created a logo file of size 1200*680 with png, no transparency and name zxdglogo.png and pasted it inside the root of usb stick.

  2. Inside factory settings, there is an option which reads "Dedicated logo settings" when i click on it. It shows the pop dialogue "import logo files first"
