My mortgage is due for renewal in December 2026. What is the process to renew with RBC? I'm not familiar with mortgage renewal steps as I got mine in December 2021 on a 5 year term. I read somewhere that they send you an offer in the app, but I'm not seeing anything there yet, not sure where exactly to look in the app. Will they contact me by mail instead? Thanks!
