HP inkjet won’t print black ink?
Hi, been trying to figure out what’s going on with this printer. I haven’t used it in a few months but it never had this problem before. Any ideas would be appreciated:
-HP ENVY 6055e inkjet printer
-diagnostics check on app came up normal
-receives print jobs fine and is connected to my computer and WiFi
-both color and black ink are fine according to app
-popped the cartridges out and no obvious signs of leaks or damage
-cleaned printheads a few times and no visible change
Any ideas? I tried the hp virtual assistant against my judgement and it was no help.
