I'm trying to find a song from the 2016 YouTube music video era that has been alluding me for years.

I've tried searching for it using snips of phrases from the song or describing the music video but I can never find it.

The singer was blonde and young in her 20s. It was a pop song that had lyrics that went something like "back when we were young wild and free". The music video featured a house party with a brick house and a pool in the back yard. The singer was wearing a teal outfit and was walking through the house party. It had an 80s feel with neon colours if my memory serves me right. I was freshly postpartum with a colic baby so some details may not be 100% accurate.
