I’m exhausted. this has been going on for over a day. i have no service, no internet, no phone calls after activating and downloading my att eSIM.

ive tried all troubleshooting steps on my phone through network and cellular settings. Didn’t work. my phone shows att and my new phone number, but I have no service

when I call any att number on my phone, it redirects me to prepaid. It asks for my number, when I give it, it says it can’t help me change my pin, then hangs up. it gives no option to speak to a human Even if I don’t put in my phone number, it won’t let me speak to a person and hangs up on me.

when I call ATT from another phone, I’m routed to sales, where the agent tries to sell me a post paid plan. Then I’m transferred to prepaid where I was on hold for half an hour. an agent answered then disconnected after I explained the issue I called back, was put on hold for the prepaid department, after twenty minutes the line was disconnected again

I’ve tried texting the prepaid department for chat, I get no response

I’ve tried to log into my prepaid account online it says it’s sending me a text to log in, which I never get. at this point, im paying for service im not getting and wasting hours just to speak to someone

please help!

Does anyone know how I can buy a number that unlec says is sitting at bandwidth?

Activated an eSIM with new prepaid account. I have no service. Cannot reach prepaid department, log into my account, or get a human in any dept other than sales who try to sell me a post paid plan. Help!
