Are lean people perfect most days?
I’m trying to get lean, but some days I calorie cycle, or give into homemade things like cookies or pizza. I’ll track it into my calories but can’t help but wonder if lean gym people ever do this too, or is this stopping me from reaching my goals?
These were my macro averages this week even while adding in cookies and pizza and calorie cycling some days-

Average calories- about 1470
I lift 4x a week and hit 15k steps daily, can I lose my last 20-30lbs with some weeks like this ?
