Just took the June SAT, fairly pleased

I just took the SAT 30 minutes ago (because I live in a part of the hemisphere that takes it a day before) and I’m fairly pleased by the questions. I genuinely thought it would be similar or even more difficult than May or March SAT. Thankfully, it wasn’t as bad as I thought. Especially the math.

Good luck to everybody else who’ll take their SAT soon!!

I need tips on permanently stopping

For context, I’ve been biting my nails since like I was practically out of the womb. About 2~3 years ago, I got fake nails after it got so bad so that I would stop biting them. It took some progress but I eventually stopped biting them.

My nails grew a lot. But then I relapsed like 6~8 months after. My nails now look pretty similar to when i had to get fake nails on (it’s still better than before but it’s about to be worse). I’ve gone to the hospital for infection treatment and it hurt so bad. You would think I’ve learned my lesson but I seriously can’t stop..I also got OCD - that’s prob why.

Since, I’ve tried to chew random stuff but at the end of the day, I always go back to nail biting. I’m getting kinda desperate now. What did y’all do to stop nail biting because everyone says nail polish or more fake nails but I keep biting through them regardless. Same situation with my toenails as well…help plz
