How do you manage morning admin when you have multiple clients? Looking for Notion setups
Managing 4-5 clients simultaneously and my mornings are a mess. Spend the first hour just figuring out what needs attention across email, Slack, and project tools.
Been trying to build a Notion system to fix this. Currently using a 5-layer priority approach but curious if anyone has solved this better.
