Finally did it! We had been in the market for over 15 months and in that time we made offers on 3 prior homes, all over asking and lost on all of them. We decided to go a little further out from our jobs in phx and found this property and actually got it for less than the list price! It was the 2nd largest out of the 4 in sq footage at over 2100+ and by far the best pool of the bunch. Plus none of them had this view!
