anxious and distracted when its "the time"
do someone face this issue? my exam is within a week and all of a sudden all i can do is day dream, rn i just finished crying thinking of someones death(avar ethuvare marichit polum illa) and then i go delulu mode with some songs for 3 hours straight. the thing is that exam is in a week. how to even control this shi.
