Vinted banning new users?
Hi all,
In attempting to leave Poshmark for greener pastures, Vinted was suggested as a good alternative, so I created an account, and six seconds later had a message that my account was blocked for 'potential fraudulent activity', which of course I appealed - I'm a real human person who used my actual information to create the account, and hadn't even had a chance to list anything yet.
An hour and a half later I have another message saying: "Thank you for getting in touch regarding the decision to block your account.
We would like to remind you that our Terms & Conditions forbid you to provide us with untruthful, inaccurate information about yourself and/or to use any kind of external software tools unless such a use is authorized.
Considering the above, and after carefully reviewing your appeal, we have decided to keep your account blocked due to fraud or violation of Vinted’s Terms and Conditions" With no way to further appeal.
Has this happened to anyone else? I just want to sell some old clothes so I can maybe pay some bills!
