AITAH , gf mad at me for going to event with pals
Trying to keep this short , aitah? Basically me and my gf have been arguing allot recently. Our last argument was before an event that my pals and I always go to but I asked her to come and she was excited , I asked for an apology from her clearly two days before the event ( I didn’t recieve one or any contact ) she contacted me the day of the event and we had a conversation via texts , my pal turned up to take me to the event and I quickly got ready and left , I let her know my replies maybe slow ( didn’t specifically say I’d left the house ) later on when repair was made , I asked her if she was free and she had made plans with friends and gone out , no problem .
My friend uploaded a picture of us all at the event and my gf saw this and was furious that I didn’t tell her I went , said i disrespected her by going.
I said I was just seeing my friends and that I’d really wanted her to come too but unfortunately we didn’t repair from our argument in time.
She insists I am in the wrong ? And continues to bring it up as if i did something horrible , saying i don’t prioritise her enough and that i don’t think about her etc ?
She said i should have put the argument aside to go together , but i have previously told her this is not something im comfortable with until repair is made. Hence I asked for an apology two days before as an attempt to communicate well in advance and move forward.
