Still did not get my money back - after i canceled a preorder in 2024

I canceled my order or a Spectrum Black 32" Hub Model on 31.10.2024 and i am still waiting for my refund. I have contacted dough a number of times, without any helpful feedback and of course, without getting my money back.

To explain:

I have a Spectrum One 27" that i'm happy with. It's a great monitor and i haven't had any issues with it. Of course, when the 32" Black version with Hub was announced, I preordered one immediately. It meant that I was getting the Hub model. but due to many delays i was forced to cancel the order on October 31st 2024 and buy a another monitor because I needed one quickly. So far I didn't mind the delays, as I was really happy with my "old" 27" after it was delayed quite some time, but I had no other way than to cancel and buy another monitor.

After a few days on November 8th, I get an email that confirms the cancellation. It states that my refund should be reflected in my account in 3-5 business days.

Twenty days later, I check my account balance only to find that nothing was refunded, so i write to Dough Support again (November 28th 2024) The response from your support followed on November 29th, stating that the refund can take up to 20 business days and that I need to wait.

Right before christmas, on 23.12.2024 my refund still is not on my bank account. I again contact dough support to complain and try to get more information.

On January 4th I haven't received any information or any refund, so I write to dough again, this time informing the team, that I am not waiting any longer and I am willing to take legal action if there is no reaction.

The response followed on January 16th 2025. It states:  Currently, I have no new information on your refund as it has been initiated but has not been successfully processed. I will reach out to finance to ensure this get resolved for you as soon as possible!  So at least they acknowledge that there is a problem.

On Feburary 5th 2025, i haven't heard back, and I write to them again, this time giving them a deadline for a response until February 14th 2025. This email wasn't even responded to.

So now, here I am. I let this thing rest for a while, but I haven't got any notice or response from Dough support at all in the meantime. It's time to finally clear this all up. It is terrible how the lack of communication is making the matter even worse. I really think, there is a big problem with how dough handles the support, considering that i'm waiting for more than 1300 euros for 5 months now. Back in the mid of june i tried to post this on this subreddit, but my post was immediately removed again. Now seems to be my chance to finally post here about these scammers.
