Complete Bathroom remodel
After getting a quote from $20,000 on the low end and $33,000 on the upper end, our family make the choice to do the work ourselves. The first few pictures are the finished product which I think came out pretty darn good. There is the original with the peach tile and then the demo pictures.
We did all the work in about 6 weeks (we all got sick working so close together) time (4 full weeks and 2 only weekends) but had the shower up and running in 4 days. The electrical, plumbing and floor tile were contracted out. It was complete DIY, non of us are pro's or work in the trades.
All in all the demo, tools, new shower, doors, drywall, sink, fixtures, insulation and contractors came in at about $8500. It was harder and not as hard as I thought it was going to be.
We are 99% done, the trim and blinds go on this weekend.

What keeps you listening more? Author or narrator?
I'm having trouble lately finding something I really get into. I guess im in a "rut".
I know the story is king but what causes you to stay with an audio book longer? Is it strange that the narrator will add more to a bad book and cause me to suffer with a bad book?
