Due to collect in a couple of weeks but my license number is different in the Tesla app vs the finance agreement (different vin too)

This happened because I couldn’t take the first car, hence being assigned a new one but never saw any updated finance docs from Santander

I’ve phoned both Tesla and Santander but didn’t come away with much confidence of anything happening - anyone else had this or know a way of getting it sorted other than keep phoning
