Help me diagnose where this water leak is coming from behind my dash.
I constantly have water in my drivers side footwell (RHD) and I cannot figure out where it's coming from. It's definitely dripping down from underneath my steering wheel, however I have sealed my windshield cowl grommet not once, not twice, but 3 times, and sealed them with silicone on top of that.
The odd thing is I poured a 5 liter jug of water on my windshield towards the drivers side to see where it comes in, and like magic there is no leak. Then I go to the car wash and it leaks, or when it rains. It doesn't make any sense.
I have tried pouring 5 liter jug on my windshield, in my engine bay behind my brake booster everywhere and I can't recreate the leak.
My question is: Are there any other spots that this water can be coming from? It's definitely dripping down from behind my dashboard but I can't find the exact spot. Any information would be really helpful!
