I need help figuring out if I'm overreacting. It's not a drama, it's real; I need to know if I'm exaggerating. I've noticed you all like to criticize me, so I really need help with something, and that's my mom... I don't know what to do about her, I worry about her a lot.... By the way, I have to make another post about posting on Reddit later, haha I really have to complain about my mother. To begin with, I need to give you some context: she's a recovering alcoholic, she's been sober for 9 months, and now she takes care of my disabled sister, She's way too superstitious, she says my sister will die soon because of a shamanic prediction... It's stupid, and she's always taking pictures of her, keeping mementos with her and all that. She also has a family group chat with her sisters and friends to keep them updated on how my sister is doing; she's always glued to her. Well, I feel like she's going to drink soon. It seems like she's having problems with my sister; every time she has a seizure, sometimes she yells at her. It seems like my mom is tired, and she feels worse thinking about Choi (My sister's abuser was her best friend in high school and even lived with her. My mom deeply regrets letting Haein (my sister) be cared for by Choi since she was a baby, according to my mom... She had postpartum depression, according to her, but I think she made it up. As more background, my mom is a very... well, she's very resentful towards everyone, and I understand why. My dad mistreated her a lot, but anyway, she stopped seeing Haein for a while...
