



Very disappointing experience with AOHI support after a $250+ order

I wanted to share a very disappointing experience I’ve had with AOHI in case anyone here has dealt with similar issues or has suggestions.
I ordered over $250 USD worth of products directly from AOHI because I genuinely liked the brand and had previously used some of their cables with good results.
Unfortunately:
One package arrived containing balloons instead of the charging station I ordered.
The second product I received was the wrong model (lower capacity than the one I purchased).
To make matters worse, the Worry-Free Purchase Protection I paid for was refunded without explanation shortly before these issues happened.
Over the last several days I have:
sent 4 emails,
contacted them through Instagram,
sent a DM with photos and evidence,
and still received no response.
At this point I’m honestly more disappointed by the lack of communication than the shipping mistakes themselves.
Has anyone here experienced something similar with AOHI support or had success getting an issue resolved?
