I’m sending better particulars of claim when I completed the ET one form I wrote down that I will be sending better particulars of claim within 14 days.
Do I email the tribunal with better particulars or do I put the better particulars of claim into the portal?
I have not yet received the respondent ET3.
I sent the ET one in May 2026
