So sad - package arrived empty
My brushed silver ring was supposed to come today, but the box arrived empty and clearly tampered with. I've already chatted with Oura and they said they have to investigate before doing a replacement or refund, which is understandable. I just don't see how they're going to verify anything and I worry it's going to take them a while.
It was at FedEx an extra day before they delivered it, maybe that's why. Has anyone had this happen? How do they prove that it was fedex's fault?
