The user makes tendrils of solidified CE, the tendrils can sprout from anywhere within the user's body, they can be used as offence, defence or mobility.

Offence:

The tips of the tendrils can change shape, for example,, into a hook, a spiky barb or a hand-like structure

Both the tips and the edges can be sharpened to deliver either piercing strikes or slashing swipes

The tendrils can bind and toss foes.

Defence:

The user can wrap tendrils around themselves, creating a kind of armor, this can be used as a weapon if wrapped around fists

Mobility:

The tendrils can be used for mobility similar to Dr. Octopus from Spider-Man.

Extras and Other applications:

The user's of this technique have a boost to CE manipulation

If the user has enough CE mastery to expand CE into a wall or floor, tendrils can sprout from there

While using RCT the user can create a "silver tentacle" made of positive energy, curses struck by this tentacle are locally destroyed and impeded from regenerating while humans struck or binded will have their technique temporarily disabled

(the positive energy isn't coursing through their body, so it doesn't heal), this requires the user to not only know RCT but also to know how to output it, this tendril is easier to destroy

While the technique doesn't have a limit, the user has, each tendril acts as an extra limb and therefore the user has to have enough "mental capacity" to control them, limiting most user to 8 or less, if the limit is surpassed the user experiences slower thoughts and sluggish movement (brain lag basically)

Upon landing a black flash, tendrils created in a 2-3 minute time frame will have red circles (similar to blue ringed octopus) and be better at anything

There is no limit of length, width and hardness but the more it has the more CE it takes.(Hardness taking even more than the other stats)

The tendrils can be destroyed, their durability depends on hardness

Domain expansion: (I don't have a name for it, comment one if you'd like)

It appears as a beach atmosphere with a very thick fog and humid air, the ground is made of sand with an ankle-high water veil.

Sure hit: tendrils of all kinds automatically spawn around the target with various sizes and shapes, ranging from tiny tendrils to colossal ones, tendrils in the domain act independently which makes it not have a limit, tendrils will bind, slash, slam, whip and pierce on their own, while not targeting the user the user can still be hit by one, meanwhile the user is enveloped in solidified CE in the shape of a sea monster(similar to the water avatar state in avatar:the legend of Aang), if the user lands a black flash while in the domain all tendrils will have red circles.
