I've been fishing San Diego for around 4 weeks total (I regularly come back every so often because of school). So far I've been throwing lucky craft flash minnow 110 (caught 2 cuda on it!), curylytail grubs (slow drag on bottom), and a hookup baits. I really want to catch a halibut. Should I be fishing the bay, look for troughs in the surf, and what should I be throwing?
