I’m a 20 y/o man and I was diagnosed with tourette’s when I was 14 and was later told by a specialist I have a severe case of it. Ive been finding it really hard to work especially without medicine. These days, I only work 4 hour shifts up to 3 days a week and even stretching to 5 hours can be a struggle. Does anyone have any tips for managing their tics and working long term?
