bval rate is now hovering 6% if my repricing is this month my mortgage rates would now be 10% kasi sa contract ng mortgage ko the way they compute their repricing rate is bval+ 4%. and as explained by the bank asa consideration na ng bank kng ganun kalapit or kalayo sa 4% ung papataw nla.

so sa mga nag reprice ng mortgages nla this month anung rate pinataw sa inyo?
