PC Randomly restarts since upgrade
Hi guys, me with the upgraded PC recently. Specs are Aorus B650M Elite AX with 7500F, RAM 5200MHz, RTX 5070, PSU 750W Gold 80 Plus.
Everything works fine with my old PC, same VGA + PSU, only change the motherboard + CPU. The old pc runs on a lower tier Asus with Intel that runs flawlessly with all the games, no problem at all. But since I changed motherboard + AMD CPU, the PC randomly restarts. At first, it restarts randomly, while I was just surfing the web or play any games. With chatGPT help, I mess around with the BIOS settings, remove extension adapters, change power extension outlet, make sure all cables are tightly connected, everything seems to be in order, no more random restarts, play all types of games like Valorant, Satisfactory, Assassin Creed, Arc Raiders, no problem at all for a week. Temps are fine, only around 60 degree C. Until PUBG, it restarts again.
Also, while playing, FPS was high at first, then drop almost half while GPU only use around 60%, then restarts. I ask chatGPT and it says that could be due to software issue/bad game optimization that cause power spike to the CPU, and this motherboard or AM5 CPU are too sensitive about this that it restarts the PC. Is this true?
