Ford 1.6 Duratec Ti-Vct Oil

Hi everyone, I have a Ford Focus mk3 2014 and it has a 1.6 duratec ti-vct sigma engine and I made a mistake buying from AUTODOC 5w-30 shell helix ultra prof AF , is it safe to use in my engine or not to use at all?
