Advice on beating Layer 85(Update)

Now that the Mirror tower is back, I managed to find a way to know kill all of her minions during her 3rd turn where she had 3 actions and timed breaking her minions to gain health but it wasn't enough for Oriko and buffer Mabayu to survive it's last action. Which koikus, portraits, and support koikus should I remove and replace?
