INSTALLMENT PLAN?!?!?!
I’m being told 100 different things. I wanna know the current status of my installment plan that I paid $50 to have. When I started all this last Friday, I was eligible for an installment plan, I was even eligible for a payment arrangement if I wanted one. Now since reaching out and trying to get help, ever since I called for the installment plan on Wednesday, now when I go on the app it says I’m not eligible for any flexible payment options. So how did I lost eligibility after paying $50 to get an installment plan started. I want what I paid for. I’m not settling for anything less than what I paid for. If you can’t answer my questions, connect me to someone who can. I paid $50 on Wednesday to have an installment plan applied to my account. I was told the $50 was for an enrollment fee. I’ve been given about 3-4 different ticket numbers. Idk what’s going on today. I was JUST told 15 minutes ago, my installment plan is going to be applied to my account and active today. I was told it was submitted and processing. Not denied. So I’m not sure what’s going on. Please refer to ECM0022364394, ECM0022340160, and ECM0022300375. Probably one more ticket I’m missing but all the information should be there. The installment plan was already paid for. It’s supposed to being applied to my account. Not sure why it hasn’t been or if that’s even happening. That’s just what I was told. My balance of 807.01 is being converted into an installment plan over the next 12 months and my regular monthly bill will increase by $60 due to that, which is fine, I’m just waiting for it to be APPLIED. A bunch of people keep telling me it’s processing, then other people keep saying it’s not there it doesn’t exist and then other people keep saying I made a mistake on my part when I’ve been VERY CLEAR what I’ve wanted throughout this entire process. So someone please help me figure it out…my $50 was paid already. To make matters worse I spoke to an agent over the phone this morning who specifically told me the plan was able to be seen, it’s an installment plan for 12 months for the $807.01. HE SAID SPECIFICALLY it was being finalized and would be applied to my account and active by the end of today. It’s almost 5pm and still nothing active and nothing has changed on my account. So idk what to do. Nobody understands what’s going on apparently. And I’m just gonna be strung along until the 14th and when I’m unable to make the payment due to all the run around I’ve been receiving for the past week, then my services will be deactivated, even though I specifically paid $50 for an installment plan to be set up on my account on 06/03/2026 @ 9:15am to avoid services interruptions. And it’s clear notations and remarks regarding the installment plan being made and processed on my account. But I guess as a diamond member or a customer for 6+ years, that doesn’t mean anything. That doesnt hold value apparently. So now I lost my $50. I don’t have an installment plan. And I’m still being told 100 different things. And apparently no one can help me.
