i been dealing with this chest pain ( sharp stabbing ) since august 2025, i did go to hospital many times did xray ecg blood test always back normal. what i notice every-time i do push ups or gym it comes back

today i was out playing football i controlled the ball with my left chest and instantly felt pain there, now when i rise my arm pain there.

im really tired of this any advice plz
