Zephyrus G14 (GA401) Keyboard Issue Solution
Let me keep this short and simple. Although I have a GA401QC model, I'm pretty sure this works on the other models too. My laptop had an issue where certain keys (d, enter, and backspace) would stop working simultaneously and only if i banged one of them hard enough would all of them start working again before the next malfunction. After trying everything from BIOS updates to Windows, I was just about to buy and replace the keyboard on my G14 when I came upon a previous post on this subreddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/ZephyrusG14/comments/1fswo1s/zephyrus\_g14\_keyboard\_issue\_some\_keys\_not\_working/) where someone found that if you go into the Advanced tab in BIOS, go into Advanced and disable the Armoury Crate Control Interface Support, this issue gets resolved. I tried it and voila, my laptop keyboard works brand new again after 6 months of this issue. Thank you very much, u/Ruin5
