Running 8 clients on Smartlead + 4 on Instantly right now, and honestly our reporting workflow is still kind of duct-taped together.

Screenshots → Sheets → manual notes → Loom walkthroughs.

Spent almost 3 hours last week just assembling updates for clients.

Curious how other outbound agencies handle this once you pass ~5 clients.

For agencies managing multiple outbound accounts:

1. What does your reporting stack actually look like?
2. What’s the most annoying/manual part?
3. Do clients genuinely read reports, or mostly skim them?
4. Anyone here tried AgencyAnalytics / Whatagraph / Looker Studio for cold email reporting specifically?
5. Are you aggregating by workspace/client somehow, or still doing it manually?

Not selling anything — genuinely trying to understand how people solve this at scale before I build more internal tooling.
