Little Wayne show?
Hello and thank you fellow humans for taking the time.
I am currently a father of five. my oldest is 16 going to be 17 in September. Recently he has to go to a Lil Wayne show.
My immediate response is sure I’ll be the chaperone, but I won’t be hanging out with him and his buddies all night.
He asked if he could go alone and this is where I’m hesitating. I feel like he’s a little young to go to such an adult show on his own. It’s about an hour drive from our house, but he is familiar with the area. He’s a great kid. Great grades always does his best. works out, play sports. I could go on.
Just looking for some advice, words of encouragement or discouragement that’s all fine. I think I’m gonna stick to my guns and be the chaperone, but he’s old enough and responsible enough for me to give it an honest debate.
