I only had good things to say. Kept it super brief. Lasted about 15 minutes.

They asked if they can share my responses with my supervisor. Obviously not mandatory.

Just wondering if I should since I said only good things. No harm no foul right?

If I don’t share it, I don’t want anyone thinking I said bad things. Or maybe I’m thinking too deeply into it lol

I’m filling out the exit survey and also have an exit interview today.

I know most people say to keep it cordial as an exit interview is to protect the company.

What can I say to protect myself? Like any other person, I had my ups and downs at this job but I don’t want to risk ruining my name or not getting a reference letter in the future.

So I’m (F) getting a pair of new balances for the first time (I know I’m late to the trend)

Which ones are trending right now? Not sure which one to get. I like light coloured/cream but also open to something darker
