So I noticed the other day that I had a itchy feeling on my left foot, and now today it’s on both feet, and there’s like a rash? I’ve never had this before what could it be?

22f. Does this look like skin cancer? I never pay attention to any freckles/moles so Idk if they just “appeared” or if they were always there and I’m just now hyper focusing on them. I have a couple others like it too, I have GAD and I’m a severe hypochondriac, so I don’t know if I’m just gaslighting myself.

I noticed this awhile ago and since then it’s gotten a little bit more noticeable, it’s hard like a tooth but it’s not coming in anymore and it’s been there for months now. What is it?
